Meet Leisa
With years of experience under her belt, Leisa has become well-versed in the fields of real estate, property development, and investing. Her diverse background provides you with access to her breadth of knowledge – a key benefit in providing buyers, sellers, and agents alike with a unique and mutually-beneficial outcome.
Leisa's passion for real estate began during her upbringing, with her father being a builder, allowing her to familiarise herself with the technicalities and terminology involved in property development. She then went on to undertake a combination of hands-on renovations and building projects in Kedron, Wavell Heights, Morley, and North Lakes, while at the same time becoming a property investor.
Leisa started her career as a Conveyancing Paralegal for several of Brisbane's most prominent law firms, before taking a break to start a family. On her return to the workforce, Leisa made the switch to a position in Contract Administration with Harcourts. Her extensive experience made it a natural step to pursue a career as a Buyer's Agent.
Leisa wholeheartedly believes that education is the key to success in any endeavour. Her memberships in the I Love Real Estate community since 2014, ILRE Quantum Member since 2018, and ILRE Platinum Accelerator Member since 2022 demonstrate her commitment to continuous learning, as well as her desire to offer her clients perspectives beyond the typical scope of a real estate professional.

Leisa's professional achievements include a Commissioner for Declarations (C.Dec) certification, a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and is a Member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ).

Meet Peter
Peter purchased his first property for $99,000 in Kedron from the Public Trustee in 1991, and lived there for almost 20 years, completing two renovations and one major extension. This experience of adding value and building wealth through real estate sparked a love of property investment that has only grown more intense over the ensuing years. Since Peter met Leisa in 1999, they have continued their property investment journey, having purchased several properties together, including a house in Perth, an investment property in Wavell Heights and building their current PPR in North Lakes.
As a successful real estate sales and business professional, Peter honed his negotiation skills and learned a lot of lessons about bringing deals together, achieving outstanding results for his clients and always acting in their best interests. Peter has genuine empathy for others, always seeking to understand their needs and helping them achieve their goals. His knowledge of real estate investing strategies has been enhanced through his studies with the I Love Real Estate Platinum Accelerator program, with Peter and Leisa remaining active members of this community since 2014.
After growing his career from burger room (kitchen hand) to boardroom (general manager), and being entrusted by businesses ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations, Peter has chosen to apply his skills and experience in business and real estate sales to help others acquire the right property and grow their wealth through strategic real estate investments. Peter’s strengths are in building relationships based on trust and integrity, researching and analysing property deals, negotiating strongly on behalf of his clients, and his attention to detail to ensure the process flows smoothly leading to successful outcomes.
